What we collect

When you send an appointment, training or product request, we collect the contact and request details you provide, such as your name, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, preferred service, location and scheduling information. If you request a restock alert, we store your email address, WhatsApp number, and the exact GJ PRO shape and length you selected.

Google Analytics also provides general website information, including pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and device or browser type. We do not intentionally send your name, contact details, appointment notes or payment information to Google Analytics.

Why we use it

We use this information to review requests, contact you, confirm availability and deposits, fulfil orders, send a requested product-availability notice, provide support, maintain necessary business records, improve the website and prevent misuse. Restock-alert details are not used for unrelated marketing without your permission.

AI Nail Studio

Private AI Studio access is created after an appointment deposit is verified. We temporarily retain the client email, approved appointment date, access status and remaining design sessions so the private link can work. Access expires after 30 days.

If you use the AI Nail Studio, your selected style preferences and any optional hand photo you choose to add are sent securely to OpenAI to create original nail-design previews. Adding a photo is optional. GelJunkies does not save your uploaded hand photo through the AI Nail Studio.

Generated previews are creative guidance only: they are not a diagnosis, health assessment or guarantee that a particular service or design will be suitable. Your nail technician will confirm the final service and design with you.

Our website partners

Formspree processes website request forms, Fresha provides live appointment booking, OpenAI creates optional AI nail previews, WiPay processes approved online payments, and Google Analytics measures website activity. Approved bank transfers are made directly to the GelJunkies & Co. Limited business account. Each provider has its own privacy and security practices.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to provide these services, operate the business or meet an applicable legal obligation.

Payments, storage and your choices

We do not collect or store card details on this website. Never send card details or online-banking credentials through a form, email or WhatsApp.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, service, transaction, record-keeping or legal purpose. You may use browser controls to limit analytics and may ask us to review, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legitimate business or legal retention requirements.
